1. Program Provider

  • The Legal Edge Academy (“Program”) is offered by THINK LEGAL, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


2. Nature of the Program (Educational Only)

  • The Program is for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

  • The Program is NOT legal advice, and participation does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and THINK LEGAL, LLC or any of its instructors, contractors, or team members.

  • Nothing in the Program, including any templates, scripts, examples, or discussions, should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

  • You are solely responsible for consulting with your own legal counsel before using or relying on any contract, policy, clause, or legal strategy discussed in the Program.


3. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • By enrolling in the Program, you represent that you:

    • Are at least 18 years old; and

    • Are enrolling for business or professional purposes (NOT as a consumer for personal, family, or household use).

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the checkout and enrollment process.


4. Program Access

  • The Program is delivered online and may include a mix of:

    • Pre‑recorded trainings

    • Live calls or Q&A sessions

    • Downloads (templates, checklists, scripts, etc.)

    • Community or discussion components (if offered)

  • Access duration, live call dates, and any bonuses will be described on the Program sales page or checkout page at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify Program materials, delivery methods, or platform tools at any time, as long as the core educational value of the Program remains substantially equivalent.


5. Payments, Refunds, and Payment Plans

  • You agree to pay the Program price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, in the currency displayed.

  • If a payment plan is offered and selected:

    • You authorize us (and our payment processor) to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each scheduled installment until the full balance is paid.

    • You remain responsible for the full Program fee, even if you stop participating, unless a refund is granted under our stated policy.

  • Any refund policy (including whether refunds are available, deadlines, and conditions) will be clearly stated on the Program sales page or checkout page.

  • Except as stated in that refund policy or required by law, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non‑refundable.


6. Intellectual Property & License to Use

  • All Program content, including videos, audio, text, templates, checklists, scripts, worksheets, and related materials (“Program Materials”), is owned or licensed by THINK LEGAL, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Program Materials for your own business’s internal use only.

  • You may NOT:

    • Share, sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Program or Program Materials to third parties;

    • Represent any portion of the Program as your own work or legal advice;

    • Use the Program Materials to create a competing program or legal product.

  • You may adapt templates and scripts FOR YOUR OWN BUSINESS, but you are responsible for ensuring any adaptations are appropriate and legally compliant.


7. Your Responsibilities

  • You understand that:

    • The Program requires your own effort, implementation, and judgment.

    • We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, including financial performance, reduced disputes, or prevention of legal issues.

  • You agree to:

    • Use the Program Materials in a lawful manner;

    • Not rely on the Program as a substitute for individualized legal advice;

    • Consult your own attorney before implementing contract language or policies.


8. No Guarantees; Limitation of Liability

  • We DO NOT guarantee any specific outcomes or results from participation in the Program.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

    • THINK LEGAL, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or use of Program Materials.

  • In any case where liability cannot be fully disclaimed, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you actually paid for your enrollment.


9. Community Guidelines (If Applicable)

  • If the Program includes live calls, chat, or community spaces, you agree to:

    • Engage respectfully with other participants;

    • Do not share confidential or sensitive information you are not authorized to share;

    • Not harass, abuse, or harm other participants or team members.

  • We reserve the right to remove participants from live spaces or communities for behavior we reasonably deem disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms, without refund AND without recourse.

  • Removal shall be at the Company’s sole discretion.

10. Privacy

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which will be linked on the checkout page and/or Program site.

  • By enrolling, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in that Privacy Policy, including sending transactional and Program‑related communications.

  • We NEVER sell your personal private information to third parties or for any use not consistent with being a member of the Program.

11. Changes to the Program or Terms

  • We may update these Terms or aspects of the Program as needed (for example, to reflect changes in the law, platforms, or internal policies).

  • Material changes will be communicated by email and/or posted in the Program area. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

  • All disputes or grievances arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms will first be addressed through good‑faith informal resolution.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts or an agreed-upon dispute‑resolution forum located in San Diego, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
